When will my order ship?

In Stock Items:

• Choosing Expedited Air shipping option before 2:30 pm CT on business days causes your order to be flagged and we will do everything possible to ship the same day.
• Ground orders typically ship within 1-2 business day

Special Order and Assembly Items:

• Some battery packs including most Bio-medical Batteries are assembled to order. Typical lead time for most assembly items is 3-5 business days. Larger production runs may require additional time. Please consult our customer service team for specific lead time inquiries or expedite requests.

Lithium Battery Notice:

• Dangerous Goods fees will be applied to Air shipments of lithium batteries and will be reflected in shipping calculations
• Ground shipments of lithium batteries do not incur dangerous goods fees
• We cannot ship lithium batteries via Ground service to Alaska or Hawaii - select 2 Day or Priority Overnight for shipments of lithium batteries to Hawaii or Alaska
• Certain countries restrict international shipping of lithium batteries
